2011 was the the third year in a row that representatives from SeWHiP institutions led a Small HPC Center BOF  at  the Supercomputing 11 conference in Seattle. The topic was "Decision Points in Implementing a Small HPC Cluster" and a survey was available pre-conference and also completed by those in attendance. The survey results are available, as well as notes from the conference discussion.
